Team adds human seats and team features: 10 spaces, unlimited projects and tasks, 500 hosted agent actions per seat per month, 5M pooled AI tokens, AgentWork, audit logs and unlimited storage.
Every plan includes hosted AI agents on the board — 25 actions/month on Free, 100/month on Pro, 500 per seat/month on Team, custom volumes on Enterprise — and agents are never billed like human seats. Enterprise plans can additionally bring their own LLM and run AgentWork on their own machines.

Yes. If you have a promo code, enter it on the checkout page when upgrading to a monthly Pro or Team plan — a first-month code credits your entire first month, whatever your seat count.
Yes — cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for (month or year), and you keep full access until then. There are no partial refunds or proration; when the paid period ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan.
